Updated demo, now at version 1.03.

I've watched a few streams of new players and rebalanced some levels in the demo. If you haven't checked out the demo yet, there's no better time than now. If you have, try it again and beat your time!:

• Boss level has been rebalanced a bit
• minor edge case fixes to prevent unwarranted deaths
• Promotional link included in menus now
